About us
Unison is a multidisciplinary medical assessments center, providing a wide range of services to Personal Injury victims. Our goal is to ensure your recovery goes as quickly and efficiently as possible, while taking care of the documentation and coordinating your progress.
The top priority for Unison is individual approach to each patient. Understanding your specific needs and condition is one of the aspects that helps us provide you with best post-accident care.
Initial Assessment
During your initial visit, our well-trained staff will assist you with filling out all necessary forms, undergoing initial assessment with a health care professional to evaluate your medical conditions, review other available clinical documentation, in order to recommend further necessary investigations and treatments.

The initial assessment of your condition, the specialist will complete an initial report outlining their clinical findings, along with a treatment plan indicating types and length of treatment recommended.
Safety & Accessibility
Our clinic will provide you with top-class experience during your visit. The office is accessible from multi-level parking on site, our rooms are convenient and soundproof, and we have strict sanitization protocols in place.
Our centre is wheelchair-accessible, and, if requested, Unison will arrange a special accommodation vehicle to pick you up in order to get to your appointment safely and conveniently.

Direct Billing
We completely understand that unexpected medical bills could be an unbearable burden after the injury and possible work leave. Unison will not take any upfront fees, as well as provide direct billing to the insurance companies, so you can direct all your attention towards recovery.
We accept private patients with Auto Insurance, EHC, Social Assistance and other health coverage plans, as well as patients with Motor Vehicle Accident claims, WSIB, Slip & Fall and Long Term Disability claims.
